Are YOU willing to pay TRIPLE in taxes to ...
... BUY roads you will then have to pay to maintain?
... build more greenways when plenty of greenways already exist in the area?
... build another park when the village already has Efird?
... build space for a Farmer's Market when there's already multiple in Waxhaw?
... build an amphitheater? (for what?!?)
You (and your neighbors) will foot the $20,000,000 bill ... an average of over $11,000 per home!
... and that's only if these unnecessary projects stay on budget (not likely)
... and do you think taxes will be lowered after these bonds are finally paid off? (not likely)
The roundabout at Waxhaw-Marvin Rd. and Bonds Grove Rd. ...
A great investment ... and guess what? It has nothing to do with the GO Bonds.
